My theory is that electronics can capture a broader range of frequency's than the human eyes and/or ears and simply converts it to our audible/visual range. Another theory I have is that we 'see' ghosts because of something similar to 'harmonics' with radio frequency. The actual frequency of ghosts may be very very high, but their frequency may resonate in such a way that it generates harmonics that travel and reach our spectrum. Kind of how I could pick up a CB radio and, at the right time, send a message half way around the world. The signal somehow travels a great distance. The other end however, cannot transmit in return. Make sense? Everything has a frequency, so they must be somewhat related in nature.
