Hi Folks!

Want to know why I have something against playing around with Ouija boards or seances for kicks? It's really quite simple. Pick up your phonebook, flip it randomly to any page, close your eyes and point to a telephone number. Most likely you have no idea who the people are but, what the hell, call them!

Ask them what their name is.

How is it where they're at?

Are they good or evil?

Anything dramatic happen in their lives that put them where they are now?

If you should pass on any message to their loved ones (whom you don't know either)?

What can they tell you about your lovelife?

After they've hung up on you, call them again. Hey! You're curious! ....

Chances are you're going to tick somebody off real fast and they're going to let you know it.

There are certain things which help when you call someone on the phone. Most importantly, you have to know who you are calling and why. We call companies or people referred to us to get information, assistance or products and services. We call family and friends to keep up with each other. But we call because we know who is on the other end of the line. Ouija boards, seances (and all those other neat party games) are forms of communication just like the telephone. But all too often they're abused for the amusement of others... with catastrophal consequences.

It's that simple. People, be they dead or alive, will react basically the same to unwanted and unsolicited calls.

So try and keep these 3 points in mind:

1. Don't call if nobody is home or just for the sake of calling. By this I mean that if you have no spooks where you are at, then don't open the lines. If you do, you'll eventually get connected but you'll have no idea with whom you'll be dealing or how they will react. If they're at a really great party or with the lust of their lives and you keep calling, they may just want to teach you a lesson for constantly disturbing them.

2. If you know that there are presently spirits where you are at and they don't appear harmful or dangerous, call them! Break out the ouija board and light those candles up when they become active. Your chances are fair to good that contact will be made and you'll get some answers. They've let you know that they are there and mean no harm. So apparently they want the contact as well. Just don't bend their ear too much.

3. If you sense for any reason that your guest is benevolent in any way or form, don't call without parental assistance ;) Make the call when you have someone spiritually stronger, experienced on a professional or at least honest level, and whom you can turn everyting over to, with absolute trust and confidence, in case things really hit the fan. That in itself is not easy nowadays so the best thing to do is move.

Telphones and Contact. They're played by the same rules.
