Hi Folks,

Root and Rootkitty have sparked an interest in me that I have successfully blocked and ignored for over 20 years. After a few occurrences, I swore I would never get involved in the area of the paranormal again. Thanks, Root and Kitty.

My wife, oldest son and I have become very involved on a German site where people can write their experiences, seek information and help, or just swap ideas with others who believe in spirits and the netherworld. It was going great until we got invited to a home where it spooks.

At this point, I need to clarify something. Ghosts are among us daily. Everywhere. We don’t see them, but we sense another presence when there’s nobody else around. Most of the time we get goose bumps or feel a cold chill or a rub. These are indications of a lost soul maybe being near you. But it could also b a draft of air, bad electrical lines causing an radiating inductive field, or other natural causes.

It’s important to realize and accept that ghosts are among us all the time, everywhere, and to relax. Either they are not strong enough to project smells, sounds, make things move, or to make themselves appear to us or they simply don’t want to make a clear distinction between themselves and any other natural occurrence which is why it is so difficult to say if it spooks or it was a cold draft. There’s no need to push the panic button.

If they want you’re attention, they’ll get it. When sounds and smells seem to come from nowhere nd are very contained or your guests have enough power to make themselves visible to you, then it’s time to worry. There’s no need for incense, séances, or weird symbols. They’ll let you know that they’re around without any help from us. And when they do, there will be no questioning it or explaining it away with any other reason.

If one of any of the above should occur on a regular basis, then you have company. If you are experiencing combinations of any of the above, its time to break out the plasma-blaster. You’ve got a serious problem on your hands.
