Think about this for a minute... If the majority of people have beliefs that are all completely astray from the today's religion, then that means we have all performed our own research and have reached a uniform theory of what may lie ahead. Since there is no religion to teach us what we believe, where did we get these beliefs? Nobody taught us... Do you think it's possible, since our minds are more open to accept things we don't understand, that our soul carries these beliefs from past experience? Perhaps we die, roam around as spirits/ghosts for awhile, and are then reincarnated.

    I guess what we've found so far can be summarized into this: Do you have your own basic religious values, not attend Church regularly, have an open mind, believe in reincarnation, and believe that ghosts walk among us in the afterlife? As you can see, you're not the only one who doesn't take every statement in the Bible literally.
